　かける：to soar/fly
　長い事（ながいこと）：for a long time (長い＝lengthy)
　ひこうき：airplane
　くうこう：airport


正しいぶんてん：
(するめ、ありがとう）

ひこうきははやくかけるとべるのに、私たちはくうこうにで長い事間待ちます。
Even though airplanes fly quickly, we wait a long time in airports.

とぶ　to fly
長い間 （ながいあいだ） long interval

    翔る is correct translation but it isn't popular.
    Generally,translation of "fly" is "とぶ".

    I think that "かける" is correct translation of "to soar".

    Fly : とぶ

    For example:
    flying bird ：　とんでいるとり
    fly in the sky ：　そらをとぶ
