今朝、竜巻だった。約５：３０、サイレンの竜巻が鳴った。学校の間に、雷を聞いた。竜巻はすばやく姿を消したけど、嵐は数時間続けた。
This morning there was a tornado. Tornado sirens went off at about 5:30. I heard thunder all through school. The tornado was gone quickly, but the storm continued for several hours.

二日前、避難訓練があるのは、おかしいね！
It's funny because just a couple days ago we had a tornado drill!

Ｐ．Ｓ．「ドリル」か「訓練」ですか。
P.S. Should it be "drill" or "practice"?

まもなく、学校のダンスがあるでしょう。少年はダンスにたのまけど、私は「いいえ」と言った。一人で行こうと思う。（－。－）少年と一緒に行きたくない。
There'll be a school dance soon. A boy asked me, but I said no. I think I'll go alone. (-.-) I don't want to go with a boy.

    Hi, my pretty sister;

    I was relieved that you didn't have any attacks by tornado.
    As ふぁう says, we have two kinds of drills because Japan has a lot of earthquakes and they often cause fire.

    Did you go to a school dance alone?

    Hi my pretty friend,

    I hear the tornado drill for the first time.
    We have the fire drill or the earthquake drill in Japan,
    both drill is called 避難訓練（ひなんくんれん）in Japanese.

    Why did you refuse a boy's invitation for dance?
    I think you had better try going to dance with him
    because it will be one step for growing up.

    By the way, cherry blossoms in Tokyo are full bloom now.
