Adzuki bean jam(あんこ). This is ingredient of the japanese sweets and おしるこ( the adzuki bean soup which put a rice cake in).
When I put together this bean jam and fresh cream on the bread and eat, it is very delicious.
By the way, Japanese Islands is very mild winter. The temperature of Tokyo in the daytime exceeded 16 degrees.

I guess many Japanese enjoy using "入浴剤" to feel as if we were bathing in a hot spring.

Hinoki is an important tree for us; we use it for shrines, chopping boards...
and I've found its energy is enormous!
After taking a hinoki bath, I feel so warm for a long time.
