運転免許証を取得した～！やったね。＾＾
今日は運転免許証をゲットしたよ。（＾。＾）
アメリカでは、１６歳になると運転免許ができるんだ。高校で路上試験に合格したら、もう一度試験を受ける必要がないかも。
誕生日はスポットチェックデーなら、もう一度試験を受けなくちゃ。＞＜
私はラッキー！私の誕生日はスポットチェックデーじゃないけど、次の日はスポットチェックデー。４時間後で生まれなかってよかったね！ｗ
何かに署名して、私の写真は撮影された。いつもとは違って、髪はボサボサじゃなかった！すごいね！ｗ
帰って来てから、祝うためにケーキを食べた！美味しいよ！＾＾
日本の運転免許を取得する方法はアメリカの方法と違うかな？
Today I got my driver's license. (^.^)
In America, you can get your driver's license once you turn sixteen. If you pass the road test in high school, you might not have to retake the test.
If your birthday is a spot check day, you have to retake the test. ><
I got lucky! My birthday isn't a spot check day, but the next day is. Good thing I wasn't born four hours later than I was! Lol.
I signed some things and got my picture taken. Unlike usual, my hair wasn't a mess! Amazing! Lol.
After returning home, we ate cake to celebrate! Yummy! ^^
I wonder if the process for getting your license is different in Japan?

Did you manage to eat supper, or did you pass it?
I also ate a lot of cake for a couple of days, as July 31st was my son's birthday~^^

Oh, you can get the license at school for free? Cool~! As we don't have such a system, we have to pay lots of money at driving schools.
So the spot check day is decided at school? It's really a scary system! Lol

BTW, what's "a spot check day"? I've never heard of that before.
As for DMV, we call 運転免許試験場 where we take the test for getting our license.
But before that, we go to 運転免許教習所 for many times to practice driving at its huge ground.
We also need to study for the paper test. There are lots to do for the license!
