I can't find the words 'Take that!' in my dictionary.
My dictionary is The Wisdom Dictionary third edition, for your reference.「ウイズダム英和辞典 第3版」
But 'Take that!' means "これでもくらえ！これでもか！" at web sight Weblio.
Then, I guess that 'Take that!' might be slang.

従って、'Take that!' は、スラングじゃないかな、と推測します。
